  • I just found out that one of the brothers died. I did not know much about this song company until just now. I feel bad. I guess though I will not complain they have made great songs but no matter how famous they are I guess that family is more important. Im praying for the family to be able to handle their loss well.

  • In case anyone is wondering, Harappa was an ancient Indian city that was possibly the most advanced for its time.

  • actually it was two brothers who started the entire sound endustry!!! it's tottally sad though one of them died last year and the other said he was shutting down the entire company...

  • I heard this song on the XXX State of the Union trailer and fell in love with it.

Sounds like a perfect tribute to Chopin's prelude in c minor, op. 28, no. 20.

    Anyone else notice that?

  • does es posthumus have any more opera typse other than ebla and this?

  • I may not have the same idea as you, but what about Pompeii?

  • it does sound like an armenian music... the instrument used at the end of the track is an Armenian intrument called DUDUK, it is beautiful...

  • Hooray for Armenians!! We rock. :)

I think the name is probably a tribute to the Harappan culture though. They were one of the Indus River Valley civilizations, I think...

  • This is my favourite E S Posthumus piece of the ones I've heard. Anyone check out there site?? It starts playing the first of like 10 pieces as soon as the page loads.
