This beautiful place is in Moscow (the capital of Russia). It is called "Neskychnyy sad " and is located on a coast of the Moscow - river. And by the way it isn't a contest! One Moscow school of dance organizes such evenings. Any man can join to dancers! I went there 2 days ago. The atmosphere was very exciting!
