  • @Rubenacht Do this within 30 minutes after waking up, then wait like 6 hours, then do some weight exercise (then eat right) and you do that 4 times a week and yes it does work ;)

  • @TheLadyspirit93 yup. It means your muscles were in "sleep mode". Now that you woke them up doing this, is just a matter of getting used to it and it will stop hurting.

  • I go for a 4 mile run 3 times a week, then stop at the gym for some upper body reps, in the morning before breakfast. Takes about an hour.  I am 65 and weigh 170#s.

  • @noahdecoco I'd say nothing at all, to burn calories you have to eat less and to move more :)

  • @noahdecoco if you do this every morning with a light cardio workout (20-30 min) (anytime later in the day) you will burn an average of 400-600 calories per day! follow this workout for about a month or two and you will see very nice results! I dragged this out to be about 18-20 min. focusing more on my abs and i saw real results in a little over a week. i greatly recommend this workout to anyone who just needs to tone up their body for the summer!

  • @noahdecoco Its more about, heating up your muscles in the morning than how many calories you burnt. At night you already burnt about 500 calories in your sleep.

  • @crissa0703 This exercises are mostly for developing some muscles and sculpting, but for weight loss i recomend aerobic exercises and running or cycling. You now that you are on right track if you are sweating because through sweat you lose your callories. You should also read Bybigirlnele's comment, dancing is also a fun and calory burning activity...

  • @kvecoman i don't really have enough time to run or cycle... i have to study a lot and i can hardly aford 10 minutes per day for some exercises. i'm used to dance in my free time as well, and i use to play football or tennis with my friends. but it just seems that it's not enough...thanks anyway for ur advice

  • @crissa0703 dont listen to that guy... anyone that knows what they're talking about knows that you can burn more calories in 10 minutes with high intensity bodyweight cardio, than jogging for half an hour.

  • @wannabsinger12 I think the best way is, to workout every day, i dance a lot, because the same thing every day is boring and you will give it up. Look after what you eat because, what I do is, I still make my favourite meals, but i looke for the unhealthy products in the recipe and replace it with more healty things. I also run with my dog :P it's more fun lol. Hope that's a good tip for you ! Good luck

  • @Lovelyczech it's important to warm up before! yOU can start with any movement just be careful to stop when you feel it's getting difficult. Even when u can only manage like five moves a day at the beginning, they will gradually become more if u do them regularly. Have fun!

  • i know this video looks crazy with all the random clips from different decades but I can tell you this, Ive been doing this every morning for two weeks and I can still feel the burn. I also lift weights in the evenings 4 days a week. If this is all you do for excercise you probably wont see results quickly (unless you havent excercised in a long while) but for a great way to start to tone your body and get your metabolism boosted in the morning this is an amazing video. Ignore the cheesiness.
