I prefer bike trails made by bikes. I guess it depends on the operator but some of California's state park's swenko operators are great at causing ruts and erosion. I guess it's a good thing anytime trail systems are expanded.
We are 90 miles north of Reno. Take 395 north, this will turn into highway 36. Take this into town, turn right on Ash, go up the grade to the first light, turn left. About 1 to 1.5 miles later at the dead end turn right, at the school turn left, go to end of street and park in the parking lot. I'm looking forward to 6/6/09, official opening day!

Hi, Randy, Could you post directions here for how to get to one
of the trailheads so people will know how to get to the new 14 miles of tracks? Summer is coming up!
Thanks, JR
