  • Sweet cover!!

  • Screw the haters, they consist of mostly failed musicians anyway. Nicely done, mate.

  • Hey, haters gonna hate right? Anyway, thanks for uploading it I wasn’t sure what to do on the chorus. Guess it’s just approximately the same riff over and over again ;) Cheers!

  • what tabs do you used...?

  • I've played guitar for four years and I just got a bass today and it's a piece of cake to learn easier riffs such as these. Awesome song, awesome cover man [:

  • wow that retard who said"three notes why post" how bout cause it sounds fuckin good

  • excellent cover man! good job!

  • nice cover! checkout my covers!

  • tight man,any tips for a starter?im new 2 bass

  • love ur bass man!

  • I've got the Millennium BXP too, 5 string. I must say yours is prettier though.

  • Hey man just saying thanks for posting this. My bassist's computer is all screwed up and he cant get guitarpro or anything so im gonna stick this on a cd and give it to him (along with the tabs of course).

  • good !

  • It's like 3 notes man, why even post this?

  • @546046 Let's see you upload some videos then.

  • @546046 fuckin idiot

  • @chasebarber uhm... it's true ?

  • @546046 silly internet trolls

  • @chasebarber dude I'm not trolling. I'm voicing my opinion and it's true... how am I a "fucking idiot" for pointing out that it has like 3 notes?

It's a very easy song, and imo pointless to upload onto youtube.. and I'm not just saying that, I play bass as well.

  • @546046 being a douche for the sake of being a douche is trolling... post some videos of you playing and you might be able to get away with knocking other peoples shit ... he was obvsly stoked that he learned how to play this song... i remember when i learned my first song on bass i was fucking excited

  • I'm starting to play the bass now, and i'm wondering how long did you played the bass to learn this song?

i'm sorry for my bad english

  • @Caz94 probably learned this my second or third day of having a bass but i had played guitar before so it was a lot easier than somebody new to any instrument

  • love it.

  • what would be better bro, this amp or a ampeg ba112?

    thanks

  • @poriyakhoshdel this is the only amp I've ever played through so i couldnt tell ya for sure

  • I thank you for this, it was clear, of good quality simple and above all helpful.

  • wat cyber shot camera u using?

  • @melvings cyber shot DSC-W120

  • u always cover the easiest songs lol

  • @skimalot2618 thats what you do when your not very good

  • sexy bass man

  • I've watched a few of your covers because Im trying to buy a new bass amp and I was wonder is the peavey max115 good? I play mostly Muse but is it an all-round type of amp?

    Nice cover btw =]

  • I have a peavey 115 amp. Now I'm just wondering if ir's majorly different from others. It sounds completely different than anything at the store. It seems to take the personality out of my jazz. It distorts everything if the gain knob is above 5. It has a ton of noise and low end and is perfect for my p bass (I have an ibanez grs200 j/p combo) though. It just doesn't seem to cut through the mix which sucks cause I play mostly geddy lee and jaco pastorius.

  • @zzzfarcry i agree

  • dose the peavey bass sound good when you use slap bass technique

  • @fingerskatebass never played much slap, sorry

  • epic cover

  • @guitarherofreak818 thanks!

  • hey man great cover, just wondering if that amp would be good for a garage band, like does it have enough volume

  • It would be exciting for me to play this on bass. :}

  • I got to say dude that i love your bass. I want one similar or a ESP LTD F104 D: lol

    Nice cover :) btw

  • i cant decide if i want the Max 115 or a GK Backline 110. Would you highly recommend that amp?

  • I would recommend it, but I have never played or heard a GK Backline 110, so I wouldnt know how they compare.

  • I would go GK. The Peavey amps are good but GK amps are absolutely awesome. I played on a Backline 110 with a Music Man Stingray bass and about crapped myself.

  • @RockTheBass92 I've never played either, but peavey's low end gets alot of good rep and GK's lowend leaves a bit to be desired.

  • @tucker441 by low end I mean their low end gear not the low end of the tone.

  • @RockTheBass92 max 115

  • @RockTheBass92 I got a Peavey Max 115, I would recommend it

  • @RockTheBass92 i have a transparent black Peavey Millennium 5 AC BXP 5-String Bass an i love the crap out of it. i would recommend it to anyone.. are you a begginer?

  • hiya man good playing :) should make some of the notes a bit more stacato just to keep it rocking ;) apart from that dude its all good :)

  • i noticed your playing a peavey millenium. how much did you get it for? im considering buying it. is it really as good as ive herd? i hear its actually pretty affordable.

  • I really like it...The store was asking $240 for it, I talked em into $230 and a free gig bag

  • Good job! :-) Nice video, nice play, nice style! Like it!

  • Very good. Third vid of yours I've watched this evening. You are on to something don't ever quit.

  • Awesome cover, this song is the reason I want to pick up playing the bass!!!^_^

  • Thanks! if you want to hear some really good bass covers, check out akjohnson5150's channel on here, his videos are what got me wanting to take up bass.

  • Great cover bro.

I've got the same amp, what've you got the EQ and voicing settings set to?

  • tThanks! Gain is at 9 o'clock, Low at 11, Mid at 11, Shift at 8, and high at 10 o'clock..voicing is set to vintage with bridge pickup volume all the way down and tone turned all the way down on my bass

  • nice job !

  • Did you start playing bass before or after playing guitar, and what is the transition like?

  • I had played guitar about a year and a half before taking up bass as well. the transition wasn't bad at all; I already had a pretty good understaning of theory and playing. The hardest thing was getting used to the space between the frets, have to do a lot more stretching exercises, but you get used to it pretty fast. Now when I play guitar the neck seems so tiny.

  • Yeah I have the 5 - string version of this bass. These basses are amazing. I just need a better amp now.

  • dude im getting this amp soon, how would you describe the gain on it? does it go enough power for a small-medium sized gig?

  • The gain acts more like a volume boost then anything. It does give it more of a crunch but turn it up too high and it starts to break up...as far as gigs, I have no idea.

  • ok thanks

  • dam sounds great

i love the sound to ur amp

i keep telling my bass player to get this amp but hes hardheaded

p.s. im a guitar player btw

  • nice job. you rock

  • errrm why is the catagory sport lol

  • Because I forgot to change it when I uploaded, lol

  • Nice Tele in the background, and i'm getting that exact bass, kickass cover

  • Thanks man, I have a few covers using it and the Yamaha behind me, but none of them really good enough to upload yet.

Good luck with the bass, it is awesome, especially for the money

  • i have that amp

    it owns!

  • It is pretty sweet once I got used to EQ'ing it

  • thats totally rad! ive been trying to learn this song on bass for 4 or 5 days give or take. how long didit take you to learn it?

  • Thanks! Once I figured out the main notes I just messed with it for about an hour or so, going through it a few times getting the rhythm and such right.

  • Very nice job :). just saying that i found this on a search of peavey max 115 so if u add more tags and a slightly bigger description u will get more hits.

  • Thanks! Will do.
