The Saudi gov't barely can yield power in their own country. There are so many sleeper cells that Iran, Israel and the USA control. The Saudis are in a no win situation in this conflict once Israel strikes Iran and Iran counters. Once the war spills into Saudi Arabia, this country will be in so much political turmoil that it will have no power to fight back.
@MCFC1874 The term 'perfect storm' is now the best description for the outlook of this year. As you mention, turmoil spreading into Saudi Arabia is likely, and I suspect Iran will attempt to damage the oil infrastructure of US allies in the region. I'm concerned that given the tenuous position economically Europe is in, $200+/barrel oil might result in a wave of sovereign debt defaults, triggering CDS payments taking out both US/Euro financial institutions.
@carter102 The Saudis have run to the Chinese because of the US $ inflation. They are trying to save their hind-ends. When we talk geopolitics, all of us tend to forget about the domestic populations in countries. Saudi Arabia has one of the biggest populations in the world, with a lot of young people who are jobless. Really the outstanding growth in Saudi Arabia over the last 70 some years is very artificial The future of the country is very bad and a collapse is coming.
@MCFC1874 i assume you have not lived in saudi or even visit it ??
i am saudi and very interested in the way the west analysis the saudi arabia.this saudi state is the 3th saudi state in history the first 2 were both ended by the turks and when the turks move away from Arabia the Saud family move back over couple of years so you need to analys that too it is a real social loyalty and tribal issue you will never understand as american and the real threat to Saud family is the future Turkey power
@nabeehalharbi Let me tell you how the real world works. First I don't care where you live and where you've been. Leadership for any nation is determined by a small group of people who live in America, Israel and Western Europe, who ultimately form NATO. NATO with funding form central bankers from those countries determine who controls what around the world.
@nabeehalharbi These groups know when a government's rule is going to fall. They interpret the message from the people by providing fake opposition to the government and in turn putting in another puppet ruler. Even with all the money the House of Saud has, they are still ultimately puppets, because it was those groups of people who leveraged their power. Soon as the Saudi people can overthrow the House of Saud, then comes another puppet that acts like a savor
@nabeehalharbi They don't care who rules a country as long as they provide for the agenda for NATO's central banker's cause. I wouldn't be worried about the Ottoman Empire returning to glory. I would be worrying about what NATO wants for the future for the Saudis. If the House of Saud doesn't play ball, well you saw what has happened in Egypt and Libya. It will be much worse that the Wahhabists in Saudi Arabia.

Two things worth adding would have been: 1) North Korea being included as a source for a nuclear weapon and 2) The behavior of members of Royal Family when they are not in the kingdom isn't sitting too well with the general populace.
Tensions because Saudi Arabia deployed soldiers to Bahrain? the opposite is true. US ordered Saudi Arabia to deploy soldiers to Bahrain to maintain their 5th fleet in Bahrain in the Persian Gulf.

Council On Foreign Relations, Trilateral Comission, World Trade Organization, NATO, World Bank, International Monetary Fund... BILDERBERG.
These globalist organizations, with their rich-elite pundits, ARE REAL, and unfortunately ARE INFLUENCING OUR DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT!
Vote for Liberty, Globalism does not equal Liberty.
A bunch of UN-ELECTED pundits are pushing to form " GLOBAL GOVERNANCE ".
Unelected one world government is not in Nations personal interests.
