I have never in my life heard so much nonsense. Are you aware of the fact that our knowledge of pagan gods and godesses is mostly based on 13th century accounts written in a christian societiy? (Iceland DECIDED to converted to Christianity in 999/1000) There is almost nothing we can say for certain about the Scandinvian pantheon - most of all not how pagan gods were thought to recieve humans or human emotions. And btw: Skaði is no giantess. She is supposed to be a Jötun or of Jötun descent!

@SuperViking9 Because nobody gives any recognition to the Goddesses of Norse Mythology. Especially in the Legend of Ragnarok. Is there any mention of Skadi, or Sif? Or any of the other Goddesses that reside in Asgard or Helheim? No.

Gods exist in multiplicity pick and choose at will, surely you can find at least one or two you relate to. It takes less energy/effort to effect a belief system than to defend against them. And the results are sometimes dramatic if you have chosen well.
