@katiesvideos555 It's weird the first time, but you get used to it pretty fast. The feeling of having a clear nasal passage is amazing, though. I use mine when I'm very sick and have nasal congestion, and it feels incredible! It's gross to see what comes out, but it's also really satisfying.

Better to use filtered water and not tap water. 1st time I used it I was nervous as well. It takes practice,remember to keep your mouth open(mouthing the word KHA) head tilted to the side and a little bit forward.
