une vraie star na pas de frontiere et cest ce que nous demontre ici ZEYNAB la star polyvalante et moi j adore sa... bravo ZEYNAB you are the best ....am proud of you......
@Kingofmantova. Thanks for the info. It is important to note that Yorubas have ALWAYS been indigenous to the whole of the eastern part of Benin Republic. Sons of Okanbi (who is the son of Oduduwa) are 7. It is interesting to note that 3 of these sons are situated in the present day Benin Republic: Onipopo of POPO, Onisabe of SABE, and Alaketu of KETU. Please, Adjache (Port Novo) has always been a Yoruba town. Oyaabi (are Onakakanfo during the reign of Alafin Abiodun) is from Ajase (Port Novo).
@kingofmantova The history of Yoruba people in Benin goes back into antiquity, dating back to the times of the tran-antlantic slave trade, when indigenous communities in Yorubaland were raided and settled in Benin for the tran-atlantic crossing. There were wars fought between the Egba's and Egbado's for autonomy of their teritory, and some fleeting indigenous yourba's emigrated and settled in Benin. They retained their culture and are proud to be Yourba people. So yes, she is Yoruba origin.
Wow Zeynab, magnificent! Beautiful, beautiful and fantastic. The blend of Benin Yoruba and Nigeria Yoruba with reference to IK Dairo is just splendid. I can see a bit of King Sunny Ade and Yinka Ayefele here. Bebe Yiga absolutely! Nigerians will die for this song I know 4sure especially at party time.
