1) Experience is not the a gauge for success; if so, PM Mr. Brown would not have put the UK in the mess it is in (not my words but my sentiments).

The latest consensus shows the white population of London is 71.15%. A supermajority is anywhere between 67-90%. So yes white people are still the super majority in London.

If you asked a black person what to them constitutes black British culture (and I have done because I don't hide from different races stirring up fear, I actually talk to them) they would real off a whole load of characteristics, some positive and some negative.
