You know the reason you can't hear the crowd is cuz there's no mic for the crowd. I can hear them faintly yelling their lungs out, but it's all in the background because they didn't get a mic for them to optimize sound for the livestream.

If you have nothing nice to say about the band or better still Mana and his fans then don't say anything at all. No one asked for you to watch the video or anything like that. I think Mana is talented and his voice is the music he makes, it doesn't matter if he speaks or not. Most people I talk to and hang around with don't talk and when they do it's only a whisper. So don't insult Mana or the other band members cuz you don't now them or what they are like

You've honestly never been to a M10Mlive. Stage presence wise there not that great since most fans run on some stupid hype of seeing mana while ignoring the rest of the members and they usually looked bored as fuck while their playing except for the vocalist and mana(gotto make that money). Set list wise they don't know how to transitionthe flow of the concerts energy throughout theentire thing, since certain songs can totally kill the momentum other were building up and I've seen it frequently
I've never been to one, but I've seen more then enough to know I'd be screaming my head off even if the members just sat there and did nothing. =)
Anyways, the audiences are extremely lively during the Scars of Sabbath & Fated Raison d'etre dvds, so I wonder what reason the audiences had to scream then? The members are always lively when I see them, except maybe Sugiya at times....and the transitions are great. Some of their songs are slow, what the fuck do you expect?
There's a big difference between talking about it and then being there and my POV about it was from my first experience seeing the band which was not all that impressive, but then again I've been to plenty of concerts and I have to say there not up there with some of the better overall performers such as Versailles, Dir en grey, and MUCC just to name a few. As for the DVD shit gets edited to make it seem like a blast
and they only choose the concerts that had the best band and crowd performance to make you want to see them, but then again each attendee will take the experience differently so go figure. Now that I think about it you're right Sugiya is probably the only member who's the least active during their lives so he just seems bored to me.
Well, you're the only person I've ever heard say that Moi Dix Mois' concerts weren't great, and these VRock lives are the only ones I've seen where the audience looks bored.
But I love the band, and I love their music, so if I did see them perform in person I'm sure I'd love them anyways.

Yeah I do enjoy their music, and everything it's just my first live with them wasn't as epic as I thought it was going to be, don't get me wrong I chanted for the band, head banged and all that jazz, but I just gave you my subjective take on "one" of their lives. Theirs nothing harsh about the truth, the only thing you're bitching about is your fangirlism towards a group you have probably never seen and hell most of Mana's gothic lolita designs are horrible but since it's associated with him people think it's the best thing in the world. There is nothing wrong with the audience (they just have better taste and standards, that's all)
They just wasn't this band (Moi Dix Mois) fans.
In Japan, they will create this kind of event/concert where others VK bands will gather around and promote their music.
And open mind audience that is willing to give them a chance will join this event.
So I found quite offensive that M10M freaks are dissing these group of people.
