great sound solizbury i wish my cd was this quality! this album needs remastering along with many other 80's albums! love the songs with green,s unique voice and superb musicians inc paul jackson jr guitar, steve ferrone drums, robbie buchanan keyboards, plus backing vocals BJ nelson, tawatha agee and fonzi thornton.beautifully produced by legendary arif mardin quality!!!
Definitely one of my Top Ten 80s. Just listening to it makes me want to dance. Now I'm going to listen to another in my Top Ten-Down To Earth,Curiosity Killed The Cat.
This is such a perfect pop song. How could you improve on this? Perfect bass line, perfect guitars, weird sporadic keyboards, perfect pop vocals... This is a great underrated band. Lots of perfect songs in their catalog.
how great was it back in the day when gas was like a dollar something a gallon and I could ride around all day in my car with this cassette cranked!! miss that sh**...
this track/album changed the way music was to be produced forever...it made all us 'musos' jump up and start feeling very odd...because it was just so perfect...such drums...sweet, almost sickly vocals...but hey...they made sense...
I love music like this. If they played this at clubs I would actually go out. Just live the synth and bass. Grand Theft Auto: IV Vice City FM channel got me into this along with heaps of others :D
this group must have been the worst or most poorly represented or handled groups of all time cuz the music is sick f'n good!!!! This album is epic, but obviously only a few have heard it, which is un-f'n-believable....
Cupid & Psyche '85 is straight-up maybe theeee most underrated albums in the entire decade, period!!!! What an unbelievable album!!!!! Just about every track was phenominal.....wore it out in my tape deck!!!
Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooogay but I still bought the album ( A tape actually) Funky funky funky
Less than 4000 hits??! I'm very surprised as this was one of my favorite & memorable electro-pop songs growin up in the 80s. They had a unique sound & listenin to the 12" version of Wood Beez absolutely rocks!!..Absolutely (wink)
a good song to bend some notes on via a jam

I'm a huge 80s fan, but this is the first I've heard of this. And I question myself, WHY THE HELL HAVEN'T I HEARD THIS BEFORE?

Certainly a dated song, but in a good way, something that as soon as you hear it, it brings you back into time.

En realidad no considero que Aretha sea un símbolo o una clave....Solo es un Vehículo adecuado.

These guys sound so R&B. But they actually started out as a punk rock band in the late 1970's.
