hate how people take this as such a big joke. this challenge can kill you. when cinnamon goes into the back of your throat it cuts off your air supply and when thats cut off, natural human reaction is to chock or cough to clear the airway, but in order to cough you need to breath in to have air to cough, and when you take that breath in it just clogs your airways more, also when the cinnamon clumps it can form a large chunk that can also clog your airways and cause you to suffocate to death
