Not a bad song, but it's not NES authentic by far. You've got 3 square channels going at 0:30, which is impossible by NES standards. But good song nontheless. ;)

Untrue — he could be using the MMC5 expansion chip; the MMC5 gives (among other things) two extra square wave channels. :)

But my guess is that he made the tune with a music application mimicking the sound of the NES and didn't program the song the old conventional NES way. ;) But when confronted with his third square channel he could claim to aim after MMC5 cartridge sound possibilities in his defence. :P
