You aren't going about this the right way. You are too caught up in primitive myth. There is no astral realm like what you are describing. At best it may be the human brain interacting with the electromagnetic field of the planet. These higher realms you are talking about are products of human imagination. Part of your subconscious. Once you realize this you can then create functional thoughtforms instead of these sad shadows that can't support their own existence.

@Grejegando only a theory? Do you know what a theory is? As to your question, how exactly do you think it is valid? Why would your brain remember something that is happening on a biochemical level? Your genetic code keeps track of viral insertions. Humans and most apes share several viral inserts in the same genetic locations showing common ancestry.

@Grejegando I'm not a person. I'm a thoughtform. I don't have ancestors. Viral inserts have nothing to do with immunity. It just shows where your ancestors had viral genetic data inserted into the code. Every organic entity has viral insert genes in different places.  Humans share most of their viral insert code with great apes which shows that humans share a common ancestor. If they didn't the inserts would not match. You can look for yourself. Humans aren't made of clay.
