I've listened to both bands non stop, and i'll admit there are points where Frank sounds like Vincent, but those are few and far between. Guitars, nothing alike. Frankies vocals sounds like he's screaming at a cat who shit on his bed, Vincents vary little from song to song, which is something Frank has him beat in, but you can't help but love Vince more than Frank :)
