you need to put it on. Now who can you get to do that? I think that would sell if someone watched you shoot it while wearing it. They could see how it would effect the user. Just an idea ...
nice products for those wishing to defend themselves at home where the assailant is likely to be armed with a knife, stolen handgun or at most a shotgun. Not many burglars use shotguns because of their size and likelihood of giving them away on the way to the target house.
I'm VERY interested in the product and hope to get my hands on one soon. Just an observation. For future demos, keep the sun behind you. It would show off the product/results because, with the sun in front of the camera, you can't see the back of the product when lifted. (side note - funny to watch the non-shooter catch himself, adjust clothing, etc. to hide that he was about to step in front the shooter before shooter could clear the firearm XD ) Lastly - clean up your yard! ;-D
@niggarigit They hit the vest but they didn't go through. The energy from the bullet is absorbed by the layers of kevlar. The bullets don't bounce off the armor; they get stuck in the fibers.
@USPALM I think he's trolling. Don't worry about it. Either way, excellent video! Thank you for showing some test footage instead of some long drawn-out report on it :)
@USPALM Is that the same vest on Atlantic firearms for 299.00 USD and does it have pockets for level4 plates? Here are some ways to improve the test, you need better lighting on the backside of the vest it was barely and sometimes not visible.Shoot all calibers consecutively without cutting camera away so there is no doubt it is the same vest and you are not getting fresh ones,And throw a 5.56 and 7.62 at it for shits and giggles. For 300 it looks solid though!
@pitolove71 Then pay $3000 for your not available-military/LE armour. Playing to much Call of Duty I assume. For $200 with mag pouches, you can't beat it.

What size is the vest in the video? I'm 5' ll'', 180 lbs, and I have a 35inch waist. Which one would fit me best?

Nice. Will buy slick for underneath my chest rig or duty vest. That's a nice chunk of steel too. What blade is that?

Wait, so you DON'T recommend being shot with a 12 gauge?
Just kidding! Great test of what looks like an excellent product!

First of all: This is a NIJ rated vest, so it will stop what they say it will. That's kinda how 3rd party ratings work.
Just got mine. Well made and comfortable weight.
I like that it comes with a IIIa insert, but I can also put my SAPI plate in there for an extra bad day.

For $200, you get protection from a variety of pistol calibers AND pouches for rifle magazines. That's a good deal in my book.
