one of the parts i disliked about the movie was where prof mcgonagall was portrayed to have sent the slytherins to the dungeons when in the books she actually evacuated them to safety. anyway, just ranting. :/

@the0amazing0joe Yeah, Voldy and the death eaters broke the enchantment to Apparate in and out of Hogwarts. Notice how this scene takes place after the battle has already begun. If Draco could of Apparated prior to this, he would of. But since they had to break the enchantment first, he had to wait. That's the only logical explanation. "I know, I confused about this too on why he could Apparate, when no one else was and that you couldn't Apparate in and out of Hogwarts. So that's my theory.

(sorry I couldn't resist. Some people say it's because the enchantments are broken but that opens up so many plotholes.)

@the0amazing0joe Yes, I do know that. Plus Dumbledore told Harry that too. But after Dumbledore's death it's like you can't truly control magic anymore. I think that the Death Eaters are all allowed to apparate and disapparate since they took over the power.Like some extreme measure and priviledge they took or something.

@the0amazing0joe I'm sure Apparation inside Hogwarts would be allowed, since the school is under the Death-Eaters command now! That is something i always assumed while reading the books! I assumed everything would be the opposite of how DD liked it!

@Meangrl19 Then why aren't they apparating into Hogwarts? Nowhere in either books or movies except for this scene does anyone apparate on Hogwarts grounds during the battle. I always figured Voldemort broke the 'new' enchantments that we see Molly/Flitwick/Slughord put up but the ancient stuff was still there. If ALL the defenses were broken then I think that'd shut down the stone armour guys too.

Also I've answered this like five times now, along with other people.

@the0amazing0joe Sorry, I didn't look through all the comments and I just assumed that they broke through all the defences when the Death Eaters and Voldemort aimed their wands at the school and the forcefield or whatever dissolved.
