Im pretty sure there's a law somewhere that covers "Please ensure people do not commit suicide by hanging for entertainment purposes".

He is clearly a stuntman, the rig is a stunt rig, and in the event his harness failed, the rope is likely not even secured, he'd fall to the ground via safety rig, probably go "Ouch, that hurt my foot - don't we look silly..." and, maybe lie flat on the ground pretending to be dead.

I was getting so squished on the fence that I couldnt breath and had to move before they came on. I was so upset that I missed it but this video makes up for it.
