Another thing is get the cheapest apartment you can find. Don't be too proud. Take any honest work you can, which could be hard labour. Cook your own meals- no take outs, prepared foods, etc. because they add up. And sit down and make a BUDGET. And never spend money you don't have. That makes no sense.

You don't need them, with them you are a slave to the lender. Become free. You also have already started to advertise (for free) how neat is that. search "home project" in youtube. reduce your consumption immediately. stop eating meat and switch to beans, grains, wild salmon, etc. Spend no more than $100 a month on food. DIY everything that you can. teach yourself new tech skills that are in demand. good luck.
