This is a nice tutorial. I believe I am a bit nervous about using light powdery colors due to my darker skin tone. I always want to use it and makeup artists have tried light colors on me (which I never grown to love). I am about one shade darker than you...which I feel the results will be drastic.

@PatsyLR Yes, 3 colors are going to be you basics. A lid color (whatever color you want), a crease color, and then a highlight for under the brow :D

Then if you want make the eye more dramatic you can use a darker shade in the outer V of your eye.

Paint Pots HAVE to be used when you use the MAC eye khol pencils because otherwise it will smudge all over.

If anyone wants to wear smoky eyes during the day but black shadow is too much for them then use (MAC): Constructivist or Painterly Paint Pots, Mulch shadow, Costa Riche or Teddy Eye Khol pencils, and you can use a black pencil underneath the shadow first if you want.

Or use: Painterly Paint Pot, Contrast or Deep Truth shadow, put Sketch shadow in the crease, and then use Contrast/Deep Truth on the outer 1/3 part of the lower lid, then use a black pencil around the eye like Smoulder.

My first main one is I would like to see a tutorial on very deepset eyes, I am lucky i found a eyelash primer for mascara, as everytime i put my mascara on even though i put my head back and waited between coats, i would in an hour have a solid black line on the eye just below the eyebrow, but i did find a primer that in seconds works with mascara does not spot one little bit...........thanks for asking i hope it is me in the order these things go.
