Well the way I interpret this song is that it is of an acid/drug trip in which the narrator imagines he is being abducted or comes into contact with some kind of alien being. The song prior to this one "lost keys" sort of leads the story with a patient in a hospital who's shaking and sounds like he's having a fit. The doctors can't get a name or anything from him, until one asks him to tell him what happened, then it phases into this song. Awesome stuff.
