@favatat ty..i really enjoy all of your videos, deffinately what i need .i think i learn more from your videos than what i did when i was in beauty schoo, :)
i bleached my hair and it allllllll turned yellow.. then i did dat and i saw like no difference in it... does a white toner helps???? or how can i remove all the yellow from it.. i wanna platinum hair .. plz answer
@lbredikhin5 Thanks. I agree they are little yellow. It is hard to get enough light in a video. I have been trying to aim my track lights more directly on the client. I just use a regular camcorder..I would like to upgrade when I can.
Wow, wish every stylist was like you, u were nice about her kind of messing up her hair and didnt tell her any rude remarks for leaving it brassy. but wow she look FABZ!
I've dyed my hair brown in the front portion, it's black in the back, however now its about to be dyed honey blonde by loreal textures and tones. I know it's going to come out orange just by speaking to others that did this and watching youtube videos. How can I prevent this orange coloring?
Respond to this video... Be careful, because you can not lighten your hair with color if it already has been colored. You have to use a color remover or bleach. If you want to avoid the orange, you have to lift it lighter...past the orange stage...then use a toner. I would do a test strand first, by coloring just a small piece to see how it will come out...Good Luck:)
question???? i used a loreal hair color remover on my then black hair it is now an orangy blonde... what do you suggest for getting it blonde blonde????
@songs4girlt22 At this point you would probably have to use beach and then a toner, but do so with caution. If I were you I would get a hair stylist's opinion in person. You don't want to cause irreversible damage.

Instead of foiling on bleach it probably would have been easier to put a demi permanent color.. Such as Redken Shades with a violet base. 9V for example, it would have taken that brass right out.
@xxsandyclaws I use Redkin Shades all the time as well and the 9v definitely would have helped. However the highlights give the color more dimension and as the toner fades... it will never go back to being as gold as it was before. I also needed to use the bleach to lighten her level 8 up to a 9/10. I appreciate the input...really. Thanks for watching, it sounds like you know your stuff :)
@staturanus671 If you just want to tone your hair, don't go higher then 10 volume, because you lighten up your roots too much with anything higher. I would apply your toner on dampened hair so it processes evenly:)
My hairdresser told me that if I dye my hair and it goes brassy, that putting a permanent ash colour on it would take it out. Can I use this instead of toner/bleach?
@RaaRaaRisky I would try the Toner first, because it's less harsh on your hair. Use a Violet/blue base for your toner and leave it on until you see it work. No more then like 10 minutes. If that doesn't do the trick then try something else:)
Hi Tammy, I recently bleached and dyed my hair a medium blonde. Anyway, it turned out exactly like hers ( the girl on this video) orangey/ brassy/ golden color. So after watching your video I rushed over to Sally's to pick up the T15 toner you applied. I figured it would give me an even color. Well, the sales lady said I should use the T28 instead. It helped a bit, it's not as brassy, buts it's sooo golden now. My question is, how soon can I re-tone my hair? And should I still use the T15? Als
@dschiemann dont forget she used bleach to get her hair to a pale yellow first, then toned her to blend the colors more and tone out as much as possible.
You know... WELLA Color Charm.. is properly mixed, 2 to 1 ratio.. not equal parts... Just saying.. if you're going to give advice out, it should be properly done.. =)
Wow beautiful! That's my exact haircolor! Great job

Hi tammy this turned out beautifully. Can toner be overprocessed or will it stop working automatically when the gold or whatever color is out?
79JesusFreak 1 month ago
@79JesusFreak Thank you! You have to be careful with toners because the hair could pick up the base..blue or green...

@AliceEpictureAttack I would use a toner with a violet base. Redkin shades 9v will knock out almost any gold:)

I love all your videos, but your indoor lighting is too yellow. So most colors, highlights and so on, are too yellow to see a difference.
