I think they have smarter people than you working out if a certain platform is economically viable. Skyrim belongs to a series with a traditional and passionate PC fan base and history. Unfortunately, PC isn't even in the same league financially as the console user base, which is why all the real talent (Shigeru Miyamoto, Hideo Kojima, Fumito Ueda, SUDA51 etc.) all work mostly or exclusively for consoles. Anyway, it is totally irrelevant what nationality these men are, as the games they make are not "Japanese games". Is MGS an import only title, is Ico, or Shadow of the Colossus, or Zelda? Of course not, they are either world wide best sellers or (in the case of Ico and SotC) critically acclaimed cult masterpieces. Rockstar are no fools when it comes to business.
