  • The awkward moment when your husband looks older then your dad! HA! Loving these episodes :')

  • vivian actually a really good singer! but the comedy is just hilarious

  • This is probably one of my favorite episodes! i LOVE the end when shes singing on stage and they are all behind her:)

  • @lucyabitofall For crying out loud; who gives a flying fuck about racism? It's a good show; shut up and enjoy it!!!

  • @skudaarkaat1 I would appreciate it if you be a little more polite to me, seeing as I uploaded the goddamn thing.

So fuck you, I'm blocking you, have fun not watching Lucy on this channel.

  • What Lucy does at 18:00 is awesome! I always loved that.

  • Well, seeing the chat below me about the racial preferences of different people, I would like to say on a light note that I Love Lucy is fabulous and even though I am only 13 I feel like this is the era I would love to be born in. I feel it is very classy and hilarious. =)

  • fred with the tree cracks me up

  • I don't understand. Do you have a problem with blacks or whites?

  • Little Ricky didn't say "hello" until he was 2 years old?

  • Classic

  • why did this episode have to be about racism for you people? just watch and enjoy, I'm sure thats what the intentions were

  • I think Ethel's husband looks even older than her father.

  • @lucyabitofall I think you missed the Big Picture You really should have spent more time focusing on Fred Mertz and his Big Trees!

  • Ironically Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz fought a lot a Racial prejudice back in the day. They didn't want a Cuban bandleader to play Ricky Ricardo. People its 2012 Get Over It!

  • i love this episode one of the funniest out of the 4th season

  • Here we go again with 'my granmother was a slave' Get over it. You live in a fucking country on which freedom and bullshit allows a black president -just to shut mouths up. We don't owe you shit. Stop it for once!

  • @orugarruga Haha, my grandmother was a slave? Like that's possible.

Anyway, people still have a right to oppose racism, which is displayed in this video. The issue has nothing to do with slavery, or "owing the black people".

Therefore I must respectfully disagree with you.

  • @lucyabitofall Go watch 'The Prince of Bellaire' and leave the 'white' classics alone. If I find stuff that offends me, I watch something else, but I don't start a useless battle about it. Black people are always finding something to claim sht from the past. It's time somebody stopped them.

  • @orugarruga first of all if u knew the real history, u would know that you all white people were cavemen and cave bitiches in the land of nod with no real hisotry culture you stole the real hebrews which are the "blacks" of today and acted like it was yours. you all are hated by God and are not even human. you have no melanin pineal gland, thymus ir hypothalumus. you all are not human. to be one, you have to have HUE! you all come from the devil and this is not even your country cracker honkey!

  • @child3christ Stop being raciest, God loves all people no mater what race, every person is capable of doing evil just as every person is capable of doing good. Race doesn't have anything to do with that fact.

  • OMG Fred w/ the tree cracks me up every time!!! LMAO!!

  • I heard the blacks are going to have I Love Lucy took off tv and the computer because of the song Ethel sang, " Shorting bread", I can't belive that bull!

  • @Tim777G Much as I like I Love Lucy, even I was bothered by Ethel singing that song. It's a historically offensive song; just look up what "Mammy" was supposed to represent and how destructive it is towards the image of African-American women. Even you can hear a few groans in the audience when Ethel even says "here's my favorite song, Shortenin' Bread".

  • @mistakrunk Wow! I didn't really understand that what the song was about - that it was negative towards black people... that's a shame :(

  • Thanks for this perspective. I didn't understand the song either. Ironic that they almost didn't green-light "I Love Lucy" because they considered Lucy and Desi's marriage interracial.

  • @mistakrunk

"Remember, you can't reach for what's in front of you without letting go of what's behind you" let go! move on!

  • @Tim777G

    those bothersome Blahs >:P

  • @Tim777G if they do it just shows you how they cant advance and forget....if they try i saw we attempt to remove the jeffersons, good times, etc - just for the same stupid reason

  • one of my fave ILL episodes

  • thanks.. one of my favorite

  • I love it!!

  • Love this so much, Thank you very much

  • i thought ethel was supposed to have been popular singer/dancer along with friend in vaudeville or whatever...

  • TY so much for these. :)

  • Lol! <3 this episode. Ethel isn't actually that bad at singing :)
