For most of his career, Green Arrow was a strictly inferior hand-to-hand combatant to most of the top-tier fighters in DC, including Black Canary, so he would definitely lose to Batman under those circumstances. He does eventually retrain to the point where he can match Deathstroke in swordfighting, which is a huge step forward, but still different from hand-to-hand. It's worth noting that he's still worse than Black Canary, so Batman would probably win in any case.

Isn't Green Arrow like a "NEW" Hero, compared to Batman? Like did Green Arrow come later on after Batman?

@xanpo2000 Not that much newer. Green Arrow dates back to the Golden Age of comics.  Green Arrow premiered only a couple of years after Batman, primarily as a Batman clone (at the time).

Green Arrow vs. Lex was one of the best fights in Smallville! I liked Gun Kata!

Clark had arrived just in time! And it's good that he learned the lesson about not being able to save everybody, so he saved Black Canary!

Too bad they deleted the part when Canary tried to use her sonic powers.

I like the choice that Clark makes between Lex and Black Canary. Which is the more lethal strike taking place, the knife aimed at Lex, or the bullet meant for Dinah? In that mode he gets in, Clark sees the knife is nowhere near aimed at a vital artery, so he chooses the lesser of two evils (literally) and saves Canary. And yeah the music makes it feel very epic. Good choice.
