If you watch original video on NND, you can find some comments on video that many people say "welcome back!". The dancer "amayu" officially don't confess, but she may be a great dancer in NND one-time who stepped out in 2010.  So amayu wears glasses for hiding her true identity.

For purpose of reference, singer and dancer are difference according to NND.

Singer is zeshiru(ゼシル).

Dancer is Amayu(あまゆ).

Their unit name is nachuru(なちゅる).

For everyone wondering about the sunglasses, if you've ever heard of the Japanese band, Polysics, those are the glasses that they wear. They're not easy to find but I guess they will be now since everyone is calling them SOPA glasses. I'm wondering If this is the same girl who used to dance in their videos.
