This song was written as result of a relationship he had with a woman. He didn't have the money for a gun, and having driven his pickup over her yard the song came to him as a catarthist.
he,s the man. have been to six of his concerts. what a show he puts on. one time in danville at his closing song a girl reach up for him to give her his guitar pick and a security guard blocked her and push her back. dwight left the stage in the middle of his song mad. a few minutes later the stage manager came out and pointed to the security man and told him dwight was not coming back to finish unless he left. next time i saw him he was going in the woods, HA HA. he came back & finised. THANKS
