-make sure you straigten your supporting leg when doing a leg mount or you will buckle.
- you look a bit in pain when you do your chin stand so if it hurts or is uncomfortable use your cheek, AND POINT YOUR FREAKIN TOES!!
- in your splits keep your hips square, and when you put your chest to your knee look forward rather than down so you get a cleaner stretch
- in your jetes and jump splits control your arms and keep your toes pointed
