I know, I hate that - her amazingly funny fast-rants is one of her trademarks, so it's SO disappointing to see her slow it down:( I'm norwegian, it's not slowed down here and I still understand it (sure it might take a couple of viewings to completely get all of it, but who wouldn't watch Vicky Pollard over and over again?!
