  • dahn yoga's really great. i wish they have studios in florida. my aunt lives there, she has ms & she tried it when she came to visit. she really liked it and it helped her with her symptoms.

  • It's such a shame that you have put this on such a positive video. I have done Ananda Yoga for years and it has helped me a lot with my MS. I am still fairly mobile after 7 years after diagnosis. From what I can see of Dahn Yoga it is not that different. Such disciplines are very important for us with impaired mobility.

  • I'll have to show this to my boyfriend. He's on a miracle drug for his MS now, so he's been healthy for the past nine months. It's hard being a teenager having MS, and I want to be with him forever. I have a question for adults with MS, what is it like to be married to someone with the disease? How do you cope? He's had it for about 3 years, and now we're almost 18.

  • From Cathy's husband. "When Cathy was having problems there were things we could not do at that time but we did them later when she was feeling better. I don't think our marriage has been any less because of Cathy's MS. No matter what Cathy went to our kids' soccer and baseball games. We just took more time to get to the games. I have not missed doing things that other married couples have not missed. It has brought us closer together."

  • I have been taking Cathy's classes for a year now and I was also one of her students in the video. I haven't been able to do step aerobics for 20 years and now because of Cathy's Dahn Yoga for MS - I can. I live a lone and do mostly everything everyone else does. If you get on a program to do physical activity to keep limber, early, you can have a normal life. If the heat bothers you - just take precautions to stay cool, etc. God Bless, Melinda.
