This was actually performed by the Prague philharmonic orchestra, arranged by Gaute Storass and conducted by Adam Klemens! I would like the score so I can analyze and hopefully perform it!

Listening to Dimmu's orchestral pieces makes me wonder how the people in the orchestra felt about playing these pieces for the recording.

And does any one ever get reminded of that scene in Star Wars Ep. 1 when the Jedi and Jar-Jar are swimming under the lake to the underwater city? This has that vibe for me.
