I don't prefer the synthetic music accompaniment. That's not to say there's no synthetic accompaniment that would be suitable, but this one is too repetitive, grinding, and noisy.

@88douchebag Talkies were commonplace well before the fifties. This was likely filmed in the late twenties. Still, I sometimes wonder and I sometimes don't. Most of the women I know now don't care for electro so I imagine that most of the women then wouldn't care for electro either. If anything they might wonder why we like synthetic music. Then again, at the time, synthetic characters were very much in vogue - by that I mean cartoons were huge at the time.

Maybe BoC would've gone over well.
