YHVH is a holy name, not to be spoken or even contemplated, so it is no wonder as to its pronunciation. Divine names are all in this general arena, it is impossible to say how divine names are to be pronounced as they are, in fact, NOT to be pronounced.
However, terms like qlippoth and sefiroth are not mystical terms by any means, rather just regular hebrew words, and therefore do have distinct pronunciations.
