k, so im confused about something. So thats the misfits skull, right? do the misfits own the rights to the skull, or is it just a design they chose to use, cuz every time i see it i think its the misfits, but i saw someone wearing a band shirt using the skull, but they put sunglasses on it, and i thought it was just a shirt making fun of the misfits, and i asked the guy, and he said it was some band from europe. wtf???

@RzRpkWrathMrMoo Not true, images are actually quite easily copyrighted, just needs the proper paperwork. And copying an artist's image is especially illegal if the artist was paid for the work.
