"us".. and who's us? your band? music is not about having a big hit or boning the most chicks you can.... its about expression, when you write a piece of music you tell a story.. and this goes for every musician wether theyre in a rock band, jazz band, heavy metal band or rap group or w/e. I mentioned in my comment that regardless of what decade its from, including the 2000's, if it sounds good, then its good. Its just that the newer bands arent making anything memorable anymore.

Looks a lot like Finland, but if you say it's been filmed in Sweden, OK. Not much war history in Sweden though. But I believe those tanks on the vid were German or Russian. The helmets on the soldiers don't look familiar, either. But Finns wore the white suits over the uniform in the Winter War 1939-1940 and also later in 1941-1944. Preparing here for the Finnish Independence Day on Dec 6th (since 1917)

Simply the best U2 song ever, by very far! Not surprisingly, like most good songs from any band, not a very happy-themed song, though. In any case, I recommend to anyone fancying this song to have a look at the full version, the one that's actually on the album War, since what you see here is only the radio edit, which in my opinion does lose a bit of the depth of the real thing.
