I know that does suck...Luckly I had done Weight Watchers at the end of 2007 before I decieded on the lap band, so when I started the process, I was happy I had that little booklet because my insurance accepted it as my 6month diet. Good Luck to you!

That is WONDERFUL! I had my LB surgery on the 10th, one day after yours. My diet moves a little faster than yours. I'm on pureed starting today. I will weigh tomorrow and after seeing your weigh-in, I'm super excited! Are you still hurting all around your mid-section, front and back?
