been there 8 times and still going!!!!! best place in the world. waxingthemoonyou must be crazy i stayed in a villa and the plates were crystal clean.

I stayed in their villas last summer. Great Looking Hotel and setting but they lack professionalism at the Managerial level and of course that permeates to the staff....I spoke to others to see if it was just me- it wasn't. 1/2 the people were very disappointed. My Villa was $2500 a night and when we checked in there were dirty dinner plates and towels on the patio. A guy named Oli from the front desk came down to address the issue but he was more interested in eye-balling my wife and daughters.

@waxingthemoon - This is such baloney. The villas do not cost $2500 a night , even for the dufus retail shopper who does not know how to get a discount and second, there are only women who take care of these matters. Bet you stayed in the rooms facing the road.
