I would love to see a Live Action Gargoyles movie and I totally agree with a lot of your casting choices except for one and that's Broadway as the guy you choice I think is a little too old to play the character now! The character was written and played mostly as a college aged(18-25) type!
Also, the MacBeth of the show was suppose to be the same character as the Shakespeare play just with some liberties taken! There are lots of Shakespearean characters and references in the show!

I heard he was a NASCAR driver years ago, but I also think Lexington is one of easiest to cast so it's not a problem. I think Timothy Olyphant could be a great Xanatos but aside from that I think all your suggestions are pretty good. If they do make this film I hope they do it justice. I finally remembered who I wanted to play Xanatos! Steaphen Dorff! He played basically the same person in Blade. A rich, spoiled, bastard who never EVER got mad. He would be so condescending to his victims and is the first villain I ever saw that I actually WANTED to see die. Yeah, I want alot of villains to leave the protagonists alone, but I wanted Deacon Frost off the face of the Earth.

YES!!!! Jason Dohring! Check out Moonlight if you if you want to see his comedic side as well. Playing an older badass vampire who would be mocking you one minute, breaking your neck the next (slightly cheesey show, and kinda leaning towards girls, but his scenes are funny)

I love Gargoyles and, while I don't necessarily disagree with your choices, I do actually hope that if Disney DOES decide to make a Gargoyles movie, which I have been waiting for since season 3... which I think needs to be completely redone, it'll be in the classic animation I remember. I really have issues picturing it in anything else, even WITH my love for the Hellboy series... But I do admit, your choices do make a lot of sense.
@ERod2010 True, but I can kinda see why they made him kinda sorta reform. When Alex came about, they probably didn't want to make the kid seem automatically evil thanks to Xanatos's influence plus I know quite a few people wanted to see the Clan reinstated in Castle Wyvern. At least in season 2, Xanatos was more of an ambiguous character at the end to me than a good guy or bad guy. He's still hands-down one of my favorite villains though.
@ERod2010 That's true. With season 2, I know they were mostly focused on the World Tour and then Demona and the Hunters... Then Season 3 happened. I think part of the reason that Xanatos was fully a good guy in that season was because Weisman was no longer involved. That and I guess the team behind it couldn't think of how to use him properly. I have no idea.

I liked the tribute at the opening. You usually do them, but this was my favourite. Tim Curry as Goliath... just watch a clip from Legends with him in it and tell me he's not made for that part. I like your choice for Broadway the best. Ray Stevenson was a suprise since the War Zone review...

@ERod2010 In Legends he played Satan. A really awesome depiction of Satan, too. Distressed Watcher ranked him 6 on Biggest Movie Badasses, too. He voiced Slagar the Terrible in the Redwall TV show and of course he was Pennywise in IT.
@MrThePandaman I know all this... I'm The Blockbuster Buster Damn it! While he may have a good voice, he just doesn't have the right voice. FYI, he voiced Dr. Anton Savarious in Gargoyles, so I have heard his voice opposite to Keith David's and guess what it doesn't even come close to the same quality.
@ERod2010 I guess Keith David's voice is perfect for the character. And Curry definately doesn't have the body to do him just physically (would he even want to be in a role where he can't sing or do a creepy voice?).
My choices for the young Trio were Jack Black as Brodway, Orlando Bloom as Brooklin, and Anton Yechlin (Checoov from Star Trek) as Lexington But Your list did not anoy me

I've still haven't see Orlando deliver a great performance, unless he's playing an emotionless elf, I don't hate him, and don't think he's untalented, but I'm still haven't seen him show us how far he he can go. I feel that Gargoyles should either be left alone completely to preserve its awesomeness or turn it all CGI like Final Fantsay: Spirits Within or better yet LET PIXAR DO IT. Yeah Pixar is full of nothing but 'originality' but if you're going to do a move like this give control over to people who don't f*** it up all the time. But to do a Gargoyles live action movie? If you like Greg Weisman, you should really check out the Spectacular Spider-man show he did. It's awesome. Sadly however, like Gargoyles, it was canceled after two seasons, but it's still an excellent watch.

And also she can just project the emotional and mental scarring from such a tragic event that she could play an angle of the night. And also she can produce a scream that's make your spine quiver every time you her it. I'm actually surprised you didn't have Xantos's aid Owen on the list as well.
i really do admire your choices but i must disagree on 2, Elisa and Demona. well first off if Disney in all hopes and dreams made it a animated motion picture i'd wish for as many as the original voice cast as possible. but back to the first sentence, i haven't seen enough of either to feel really comfortable with them. I have yet to find a good Elisa yet but i am still looking. but my choice for Demona would be Hudson Leick, the lady who played Callisto from Xena Warrior Princess.

YES!!!! Jason Dohring! Check out Moonlight if you if you want to see his comedic side as well. Playing an older badass vampire who would be mocking you one minute, breaking your neck the next (slightly cheesey show, and kinda leaning towards girls, but his scenes are funny)
I agree about Summer casting choice as well. Rosario... Maybe
Billy Connolly... Hmm I know him as the dude from "Muppets treasure island" He has the look though

Let me know how you like it! Fun fact, if you watch the first episode, the professor who thinks he's a vampire (not really a spoiler since everyone talks about it during the episode) actually played Dracula in "Buffy the vampire slayer". True story :)

@EmoKidRH ReBoot fluctuated too much, sometimes it was awesome and sometimes it was down right silly, I like the last season when Enzo was a grown up bad ass, but a lot of people seam to hate that. None the less I did enjoy ReBoot

I love Gargoyles and, while I don't necessarily disagree with your choices, I do actually hope that if Disney DOES decide to make a Gargoyles movie, which I have been waiting for since season 3... which I think needs to be completely redone, it'll be in the classic animation I remember. I really have issues picturing it in anything else, even WITH my love for the Hellboy series... But I do admit, your choices do make a lot of sense.

@ERod2010 True, but I can kinda see why they made him kinda sorta reform. When Alex came about, they probably didn't want to make the kid seem automatically evil thanks to Xanatos's influence plus I know quite a few people wanted to see the Clan reinstated in Castle Wyvern. At least in season 2, Xanatos was more of an ambiguous character at the end to me than a good guy or bad guy. He's still hands-down one of my favorite villains though.

@ERod2010 That's true. With season 2, I know they were mostly focused on the World Tour and then Demona and the Hunters... Then Season 3 happened. I think part of the reason that Xanatos was fully a good guy in that season was because Weisman was no longer involved. That and I guess the team behind it couldn't think of how to use him properly. I have no idea.

@ERod2010 There's not really much of a good reason why he couldn't be. I think that it may have been too difficult for the new crew to pull off or something. I'm not sure. I'd love to see that though. That'd be awesome.

I liked the tribute at the opening. You usually do them, but this was my favourite. Tim Curry as Goliath... just watch a clip from Legends with him in it and tell me he's not made for that part. I like your choice for Broadway the best. Ray Stevenson was a suprise since the War Zone review...
And I'm so glad my picks for Green Arrow and Metamorpho were...um...agreed upon!

@ERod2010 In Legends he played Satan. A really awesome depiction of Satan, too. Distressed Watcher ranked him 6 on Biggest Movie Badasses, too. He voiced Slagar the Terrible in the Redwall TV show and of course he was Pennywise in IT.

@MrThePandaman I know all this... I'm The Blockbuster Buster Damn it! While he may have a good voice, he just doesn't have the right voice. FYI, he voiced Dr. Anton Savarious in Gargoyles, so I have heard his voice opposite to Keith David's and guess what it doesn't even come close to the same quality.

@ERod2010 I guess Keith David's voice is perfect for the character. And Curry definately doesn't have the body to do him just physically (would he even want to be in a role where he can't sing or do a creepy voice?).
The choice of Ray Stevenson still suprised me.

My choices for the young Trio were Jack Black as Brodway, Orlando Bloom as Brooklin, and Anton Yechlin (Checoov from Star Trek) as Lexington But Your list did not anoy me

@aproposreeve As long as Jack doesn't ham it up, he's fine with me. I've still haven't see Orlando deliver a great performance, unless he's playing an emotionless elf, I don't hate him, and don't think he's untalented, but I'm still haven't seen him show us how far he he can go. Anton is awesome in everything, he's a great choice.

I feel that Gargoyles should either be left alone completely to preserve its awesomeness or turn it all CGI like Final Fantsay: Spirits Within or better yet LET PIXAR DO IT. Yeah Pixar is full of nothing but 'originality' but if you're going to do a move like this give control over to people who don't f*** it up all the time. But to do a Gargoyles live action movie? What's next? Samurai Jack?

@fangiresaga I love Keith, but I think it's really insulting to have the live action performer's voice dubbed, It's what they did to Doug Jones is both the first HellBoy and in Silver Surfer, But I think it would be awesome if Keith had a cameo or even a major role in the movie.

If you like Greg Weisman, you should really check out the Spectacular Spider-man show he did. It's awesome. Sadly however, like Gargoyles, it was canceled after two seasons, but it's still an excellent watch.

I loved That choice Ray Stevenson would make a good Goliath because his voice almost fits with Goliath. I really do wish that Gargoyles will be very excellent movie with creatures with special make ups no Cgi. By The way I know who would also be a good very good David Xantaos Neal Mcdounah they could dye his hair for black hair. That would be cool

see cause if you watch the episodes you can really feel that she's been destroyed then rebuilted in hatred so she just really wants to kill everything to feel better about herself. And also she can just project the emotional and mental scarring from such a tragic event that she could play an angle of the night. And also she can produce a scream that's make your spine quiver every time you her it. I'm actually surprised you didn't have Xantos's aid Owen on the list as well.

i really do admire your choices but i must disagree on 2, Elisa and Demona. well first off if Disney in all hopes and dreams made it a animated motion picture i'd wish for as many as the original voice cast as possible. but back to the first sentence, i haven't seen enough of either to feel really comfortable with them. I have yet to find a good Elisa yet but i am still looking. but my choice for Demona would be Hudson Leick, the lady who played Callisto from Xena Warrior Princess.
