This is the Sega Saturn version of Resident Evil that had an unlockable Battle Game that you would eliminate all enemies in a series of rooms. Which also included two exclusive enemies that aren't in the regular playthrough of the game a zombie version of Wesker and a gold-colored Tyrant.
