  • I'm not so sure about all of the Hammer knicks and knags, but is it possible to somehow smoothen the elevator ride up/down? Also, I love the floor system, but I find it reversed to have level 9 at the bottom and level 1 at the top.

    Excellent detail, soundwork, scripts, and lighting.

  • Movenet is a little jittery on the first elevator, how did you fix it for the second?

  • @swedpower64 idk i like seeing the elevator shaft as u made it..makes it more interesting as u said and ppl can see theres more detail and basically just looks more accurate

  • One of the most realistic elevators seen on a coop map. Already liked "The elevator who does not brake down" on powerworks part2 sinse it doesnt break down indeed . Cant wait for redmesa part1 where this will be in :D

  • you messed up with the numbers of the floors, when it is down under the floor you start in, it says over 1 and not under and the elevators go down and the number increases

  • That happens because the map is forcing the player to be on team rebbels.

    It's for a co-op map for half-life 2: deathmatch, all players need to be on the same team.

    The numbers were really easy to make.

    All it is, is 7 func_brush'es made in to the shape of an "8".

    Then i have outputs on the path_tracks located at each floor to enable and disable some of them to make the shape of a number.

    Example on floor 3 it enables all except the 2 on the left side (they get disabled), and it's now in the shape of an "3" :)

  • For a one stop elevator, func_movelinear would do much better.

    But i am hoping to make this into a multi-stop elevator out of this.

    Want to learn most of this myself and not look at prefabs too much.
