  • that was possiblythe best music video I have ever watched.

  • Please tell me theres going to be some vocals on their new album....

  • I like instrumentals, but I kind of miss the hip hop stuff they did before.

  • these guys have done for music and the world the huge accomplishment of actually making things BETTER than they were before......much love and respect from Regina,Canada!!

  • This was filmed in Melbourne Australia just around the corner from my house! Stoked!

  • Search YouTube for RATCAGE RECORDS and then perhaps you'll understand.

  • Can you "not like" beastie boys, no man, never. If you dont like it,its a sign. There is something wrong with you! Its a sign that you should go to your doc.

  • @okavipra I dunno man, some of their more rap-oriented songs are just plain disgusting, IMO. This stuff album is great, though.

  • @btuc401 but whats great is Beasties are equally not Hip-Hop as they are Hip-Hop.

  • this sounds like check your head (in a good way)

  • Not many people can make a groove this dope.

  • put the spirit of punk into their music.

  • jazzanova, thievery corporation, nicola conte, ursula 1000, Incognito, try any acid jazz, nu jazz, latin jazz..music easy to fell in love with..

  • did they fil this in australia because of the phone booth it was telstra???

  • they made the perfect music for me when I was 13, the perfect music for me when I was 21, and now they make the perfect music for me when I'm 35.

    All hail the Boyz

  • This album rocks! It's made me love the Beastie Boys all over again.

  • I love that it was filmed on (what I'm pretty sure is) 8mm, looks unique and very cool.

  • they are not leaving rap(i perfer to call it hip hop). They have put out instumental albums before and then they go back to hip hop. So if u don't like it, then don't listen.

How ya like the sound of the bass in your face in the crowd?

  • Without saying a word, they are still funky as hell.

  • just when u thought they'd stopped surprising u...

    how d'ya like them apples???........

  • they just feel like a change come on these guys are like 40 now not the kids they used to be

  • Very, very cool.

  • Reminds me of Booker T and the M.G.s, It is nice to see a band that is capable of more than one genre of music.

  • Beasties: I grew up on this, and still love anything from them. always superkool.

  • Way ahead of all the rest. Including you and I.

  • Holy shit, was this filmed in Australia? I noticed the phone booths as well as the Victoria Bitter sign on the wall in one scene.

  • these guys have always been awesome since their hardcore punk 1980s beginings.

  • Anything About Beastie Boys is Fuckin Great = )

  • this new music of Beastie Boys is awesome man!

  • beasty boys i liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiike that

  • This is a damn fine tune!!!

  • es buen sonido, como una fusion de todo, un verdadero mix up *

    B

    E

    A

    S

    T

    I

  • =[ I can't find this album any where. =[

  • Look a bit harder ;)

It's from their new album "The Mix-Up"

    Great piece of work!

  • i love the beat.....very nice...psychedelic/mod 60's. my pet rat's store and treasure their food stash....people are no more different.

  • yea dude its awesome

  • holy shit this is amazing. is the whole album like this?!

  • Tasty shit, Yum!!!

  • ick u like tasty shit. i like the beasties!!!

  • damn they kick ass....

  • i like the beastie boys but thats a bold statement and some of their hip hop shit leaves a lot 2 be desired. dont get me wrong i like em, but 21st century beatles jesus dude that an insane conclusion

  • Beastie Boys will always know how to tune majestic music. XD

  • nice this is real music

  • with the drama again.... please stfu.

  • utubeisthetruth,

you are dumb. you are just stupid, i feel sorry for you.

  • WOW! The Beatles on acid! :)

  • listen to this on shrooms. immense.

  • i was just thinkin their new album is perfect for that, funny.

  • sure you dont mean intense?

  • no dude i mean immese, like really gd. shrooms arnt really intense. try peyote

  • Lovin' this alot. It kind of has a Fugazi sound to it. Can't wait to pick up this album.

  • This is just another example of why the beastie boys are so fucking awesome. Driving, Smoking, Drinking, Fucking, this is the song.

  • Elevator music? the beastie boys are just jammin, it's all live tarcks? Name one other rap group thats talented enough to put out an instrumental album made live, with live instruments. I am sick of the naysayers.

  • well.....the roots.....every single time.

but you are right, true musical talent is few and far between in the hip hop/rap scene.

  • Nice elevator music~!

  • it would be cool if the next cd will be accapella. i'd get the vinyls

  • It would be a good idea for the B-Boys to make an album that can't be sold at Starbucks next. That would probably make me like them again.

  • I work at Barnes and Noble and we played it overhead for awhile so I understand where you're coming from, but it's a good album. If you like artists depending on who sells their albums, then I don't think you're really appreciating the work they're putting in. Plus it's Beastie Boys. C'mon, need I say more?

  • adrock is still a hottie

  • Shady...

  • thats about right!

  • this is tight.

  • what? word!

  • lol this was shot in australia-telstra phonebooth, and victoria bitter sign

    nice b-boys

luv a jazz break out with the awesome money mark

  • Woah, they made a fully instrumental album? I always loved their instrumental tracks on their previous albums. I'm going to buy this first thing tomorrow! :)

  • I Just Put Up Some

    Green Lantern

    Mix Master Mike

    Beastie VIDs VIDS VIDS!

    SEEN ?

  • what the hell? this doesn't sound like the Beastie Boys?

  • hi dude,is this from their new album?i haven't seen this yet.

  • What are they doing that your friends do three times a week jesterroyale? haha

  • Careful dude, are you daring me to put YOU on YouTube?

  • Whoa you have my name...

  • Já!... simpático video.

  • "The In Sound from Way Out" = Disc of Beastie Instrumentals (this one is not on it unfortunately).

  • My God!!! This is so inspirational!!! They have the time, money and clout to do what my friends and I do three times a week. More of this is needed. They are the shit!!

  • I think this was filmed in Melbourne!!

  • yes this is the "old" beastie boys. Im guessing you werent old enough but eventually they will add lyrics to them.

  • what happened to the old beastie boys???? did something change? sum1 pls tell me

  • No nothing changed. They used to have instumentals on thier "old" albums. this IS old beastie boys, and it makes me happy to hear them going back to this style.

  • wow! I never used to like them too much and now I'm gonna buy their album I think :P I just can't get enough of this song!

  • buttdread.. u wished they rapped. listen to one of their prolly 30 plus albums. beasties were the first crossover artists. tho many dont seem to want to acknowledge it.

  • is this filmed in australia? victoria bitter seen throughout... trams... i'm thinking melbourne?

  • Must be. The phone box is Telstra!

  • Moi, j'ai adoré Paul's Boutique. Mais je trouve aussi que c'est dans ce genre de morceaux qu'on a plus l'occasion de sentir ce qu'ils veulent bien nous donner. Comment dire. L'humour, le style, tout est là.

  • this album is amazing, seeing them live was incredible, and adrock is so dreamy! gotta love them beastie boys

  • pauls boutique by far thier best album followed by ill communication

  • Wow. I now have respect for the Beastie Boys. This song is awesome and I'm thinking about buying the album.

  • they are pretty good wit their instruments. i wish they rapped some though.

  • God and Satan, Hot and Cold Extremes, God and Satan, both too fucken mean

Too bad it takes a rat to see that God and Satan are BOTH pigs, too bad

Let the rats flow millions from their holes, let the rats fall from the sky into your souls, let the dirty filthy giant rats consume the flesh of pigs

  • Man, those were some sick rhymes, yall!

    Wait...

  • hahahaha, its funny cause there isnt any singing

  • people who think BB just rap need to do two things..AFTER getting a life, 1) buy earlier albums, e.g. Pauls Boutique, check out the instrumentals baby. 2) go see em live...your opine may change somewhat.

  • Paul's Boutique had no instrumentals.

  • my point is more that BB play instruments as well as using samples, Ill communication has out and out instrumentals, Rickys theme, Eugenes lament for example

  • Yeah, I know your point, I'm just saying. Ill Communication's instrumentals were GREAT, too.
