@lemontea128 10X sugar is CONFECTIONERS SUGAR 3oz mean 3OUNCES
On the blog there is a page called MEASUREMENTS, I try to clear up alot of those questions there, thanks for watching our vids and checking crumbboss blog

Maybe you named it Helen because it has "H" as the first letter just like the word "Hippo" x)
