@beenn15 It does have a name, this style is called Barbershop and is indeed VERY difficult to sing. You need a lot of breath control and your "ear" (ability to hear your place in the chord) has to be bang spot on, as well as your fit in the group sound (this style is designed to have blend rather than soloists on the whole).
@beenn15 Actually RainBirdLori is totally right and this is everywhere now-a-days there are camps all over the place as well as many choruses, and even international competition.
I myself sing in a male voice choir since 24 Years.
In all these years I hadn`t heard often such a good "Fine tuning" of the voices working together, even if our choir was chorus master for three times and at the locations, wehere these performences took place, were only a few groups who sing only almost good as you.
Argh! I hate the way the camera moves! Half the time someone's cut out of the picture. Not so much in this one though.... The others are really bad about cutting poor Kim out!
