  • How do I take out the shoulder buttons, that are at the top of the phone? I suppose this works for the Torch 9810 also? Do you ship to Singapore?

  • @HouTianArmani Please contact us at info@cnn.cn, we'll help you and yes we do ship to Singapore, no problem

  • warning! is not as easy as shown here to take off the touch screen!! it comes very hard glued and must to use a hair dryer hot air to help dissasembling this part. and use a very thin plastic tool to remove it

  • You take it apart completely, I have only one problem at the end, the screen I see it is very flexible and would not force it. I wonder how good is the screen and more or less how much force could be applied in order to remove it. If I can answer in Spanish would be better!

  • @Grafictk Hola, usted hay que tener cuidado en ese momento al traer quitar la pantalla LCD. Es pegado con cinta adhesiva de doble cara, pues apretelo ligeramente. Espero que ese puede ayudar usted.

  • @wwwcnncn Thank you very much. Then I'll tell you the result!

  • 1.40 requires a T2 screwdriver.

  • @JapaneseTreasure On our version of this Torch 9800 they're T4, not T2. So at 1:40 we use a T4. But it's possible that some phones have minor differences for screws, not impossible with BlackBerry, depending on the plant which manufacture them.

  • @wwwcnncn Ah, interesting. This tutorial was very useful anyhow. However, at one stage one of the screws eroded and my screwdriver could not fit in the screw (as the insertion point of the screw has turned into a circle), apposed to a normal star looking shape. Are there any alternatives or advice you can give me?

  • @JapaneseTreasure Sometimes using a bigger screwdriver, or even a screwdriver of a different shape may help if the screws are stripped. In his case, I would try a Phillips screwdriver, or even a T3 to try to remove the damaged screw from the phone. Hope this will help.

  • @wwwcnncn Using a bigger screwdriver didn't work, thanks for the try anyway. Any other suggestions?

  • @JapaneseTreasure If so, you'll have to find out the way to cut the screws with any specific tool

  • nice.... my lcd cracked while trying to take it out

  • The keyboard is hard to change. If you have a new keyboard to change then look at the back of the plastic that comes with the keys. You will see 12 little plastic legs on the back these have to go through the case and then melted down so the plastic surround holds the keyboard in place. To remove the old one you have to cut away very carefully the small melted pieces of plastic. Not an easy job.

  • HOW DO U TAKE OFF THE KEYBOARD???!!!!!

  • there are like 47 screws there damn!

  • will this work on a 9810

  • 1:49 T2 actually

  • @Leodhas100 Yeh, I noticed that as well.

  • anyone know what the three flex cables do?

  • what about thee keyboard?

  • my advise to all those that want to save the lcd, lots of heat (heat gun, hair dryer will do too) and lots of patients, also if your changing the bezel aorund the digitizer/lcd, and if you dont care to save it, after you've heated it up, put on some nice thick gloves and bend the back frame so it comes off easier...

  • i broke the screen... you made it look to easy

  • Dude badass video man.. i've been trying to figure out how to take off the screen to change top bezel. thanks alot youre the man

  • @josimar777 did you take off the lcd successfully?

  • Great but how do I change the keyboard??

  • thank you

but you never went over taking out the keyboard

  • holy shit, i have clumsy fingers, and i need to replace the top bezel.

  • Bro can u do one Desire HD please
