@PorscheORviper I think they mean that the ground is clean compared to the floor in a barn where pigs are forced to poop where they live. If they have enough space they will choose one area to poop. When you move them from one patch of ground to another you can interrupt the lifecycle of parasites.
how do you know what is clean ground and what is dirty? Are you referring to waste and garbage on the ground?
