  • Is it bad if i squat with 60 pounds but i go all the way down basically touching my butt to the ground 20 times? I still have good form im just worried about my knees

  • @coolhandluke41 exactly. i noticed this straight away.

    the other thing to watch (i think he did this well though) is that your knees and feet are aligned - don't have your feet pointing outwards and knees in closer, and vice-versa
