I think this is Kings Cross in Sydney Australia. It was pretty Tame compared to a lot of other places in that region. Like Thailand, or the Philippines. Mostly Tatoos parlors and Bars. Sydney was nice though. being the Navy US, I though Perth & Darwin was better for Partying
Is this Kings Cross in Sydney ? I was there in 1992 while in US navy . I just remember Tatoo Parlors and bars. I am sure there were some ladies of the night there byut I do not remember, Perth was better anyway LOL
Love this bit of Kings Cross History. I have watched it again with my mum and we are sure the blonde in the movie at the pink pussycat is her, my mum "SUZETTE". If there are any girls or children of the girls from the clubs in the 60's out there post a comment. It is quite hard to find you all only from your stage names. Keep up the good work bjmjdh, we need history like this on youtube if only that people like me get to see what their parents got up to back then.
