And there's Austin, beating the hell out of Vince, wondering "Why the hell did I sell my soul to you at WrestleMania? I could've done just fine without you! And now you're sharing ownership with Ric Flair, the dirtiest player in the game, the one man who will allow me to open up a can of whoop ass on you and anyone who kisses your ass!"
I love it when Ric gets hysterical and starts struttin and bouncing off the ropes!! .....on an unrelated note, whose terrible idea was it to change Austin's entrance music to some generic heavy metal hook?
@EnglishSmoker2 100% agreed, couldn't have put it better myself. I think he did some good stuff but I don't think Vince liked having a bigger personality in the business than himself.
now a days watching wrestling you actually DO have mirages about all the old greats like Flair in there primes beating the shit out of guys like cena and punk
I was just watching a video of him in TNA and thought ''damn he looks old now'' and i thought i'd come here to see how young he looked a mere 10 years ago.
I love how literally in a 24 hour period Angle goes from heel to turning face. And then he goes from face to heel literally without doing anything, while Austin goes from heel to face by doing the same, lol.
The night after SS '01 is probably the craziest for me because in one night Austin became a Face while Angle and Vince became Heels again. I never understood that.
WWF Attitude era took place after Austin won the title from Michaels at Wrestlemania 14 and it died once Austin WON the title from Rock and turned HEEL with Vince.
But yet people knack on TNA for their inconsistency. When it was Angle that was supposedly to be the main guy after the Survivor Series, Austin goes and uses his creative control and just puts him down even more. Yeah thanks alot Attitude era.
Ric Flair debuted in the same year, just ten years earlier. And he went up against some of the greatest legends of all time in the WWF like Hogan, Piper, Macho Man, Warrior, Mr.Perfect. Now he came back 10 years later and this is what he gets? Not only was he brought back AFTER the fact WCW was bought and the Invasion angle was done for, he pretty much DEMANTLES the whole thing.
The last time Ric Flair was in the WWF was on Monday Night Raw during the first month against Mr.Perfect in an I quit match. That WWF title was crap looking. Should've just brought back Hogan's Belt.
I Could not agree more on the look of the wwe title belt the stupid spining thing in the middle i mean what was wrong with old fashoned wing eagled belt the last person i beleve to hold that belt was steve austin and that was not for long, when he replaced with the much larger eagled belt and the scull belt that i liked but the old has been the best
I was there live and I was shocked to see Flair. At first I thought he was a guest and when he said "You and I are partners" to VInce I almost fainted like Flair.
In five years were gonna basiclly see this after the death of TNA and AJ coming to wwe oh and the guy drinking the beers not austin but reliey YAY!!!! uuuuuuuuhhhhhhhg
It is amazing that they were able to turn Angle heel even after he single-handily saved the WWF the night before. And thankfully that made Austin face again.
@deathedge2000 he was a real bad bad guy and everyone hated him for 5 long months, people might not liked that but everyone ended up hated him, so i dont think it was too much of a epic fail.
he needs to die and never come back fuck his baby eatting wooooo old basterd looks like he is going to die in every match i wish he did but the world could only be so lucky ps he sounds like he got a dick in his mouth
@EGarrett01 I like to think he keeps that guy around his house. Stone Cold Steve Austin doesn't have to go to the fridge. He raises his hand, and that guy throws him a beer.
i remember this like it were yesterday! back when the wwf was as unpredictable as could be. i mean seriously who the hell could've seen this comin i sure didnt!

Flair was last in the WWE in 1993. Just 8 years later, WWE was so completely different, it was almost unrecognisable.
Compare 2012 with 2004. Apart from the talent, nothing has changed at all. No wonder PPV buys and ratings are plummeting.
