songs like this make me sad to be an athiest, i think it must be lovely to have a religion and a God to believe in. Unfortunately, i i just don't believe, no matter how hard i try to, it just seems impossible. I envy those who are open minded enough to have found God, as i am certain that i never will. <3

@volleyball42195 But the thing is, I just don't see or hear any kind of God. Personally, I think religion is beautiful and powerful and truly awe-inspiring but I don't have that kind of faith in anything or anyone. Maybe that will change someday, maybe at some point in my life I'll wake up and just know He's there. I think the Bible is amazing, though. To me, it's almost like a guide to being a good person and I don't feel the need to believe in God to follow some of the teachings.

@hidingbehindafringe I'll be honest with you, you actually sound like you see the beauty in religion more than some Christians. They never had to really look into religion because they were born into it. God has a plan for everyone, and I can see Him working in you. From personal experience, God is easiest to find in the darkest night. When you are really alone, just ask for Him and I know He will be there to give you a hug. He is something beyond our understanding....(cont)
